Terms of Service

1Agreement

By buying, accessing or using any product, software or service from FATALITY (together, "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

FATALITY makes software for Roblox, including allowlisted FastFlags, macros and other utilities. FATALITY is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

2Who can use FATALITY

If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian to buy and use the Service, and they agree to these Terms on your behalf.

3Your licence and key sharing

When you buy FATALITY you get a personal licence key. Each key works on one computer only, identified by its hardware ID (HWID). The key is for you alone and can't be resold, given away or transferred except through an approved HWID transfer.

Key sharing is strictly forbidden. We can revoke a key that breaks these Terms, and key sharing is the most common reason we do. We only revoke a key when we're confident the Terms have been broken. We don't publish how we detect key sharing, because explaining it would help people get around it, so we won't share the details of a detection. If you believe we've made a mistake, contact support.

4Using third-party software

FATALITY is third-party software. We build our products to be as safe to use as we can, but Roblox decides how its own rules are enforced, and those rules can change at any time. We can't control that, so we can't guarantee that using the Service will never affect your Roblox account. You use the Service at your own risk.

5Payments and refunds

FATALITY products are digital and your key is delivered as soon as your purchase is complete. When you buy, you ask us to deliver the key straight away, and you agree that you lose any right to cancel the purchase once it has been delivered.

Because of this, we don't offer refunds. Support tickets asking for a refund will be closed, and repeated refund requests may lead to limits on your access to support.

If you reverse a payment or open a chargeback, the key bought with that payment will be revoked and we may refuse future purchases.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived, for example if a product doesn't work as described.

6HWID transfers

If you change your hardware, you can ask us to move your licence to your new computer. To prevent abuse we have a strict process. Send our staff a full, unedited screen recording that meets all of these requirements:

1. It's recorded with OBS Studio.
2. It's a single take, with no cuts, edits or lag.
3. It starts with you opening Task Manager and scrolling through the list of processes, to show you aren't running any other unauthorised software.
4. It shows that the key you're entering (the one now showing the "Key linked to another HWID" error) is copied and pasted directly from the original key we sent you in your Discord direct messages when you bought it.

Our staff review every request. If yours is approved, we replace your licence and the old key stops working. You can transfer a licence once every 3 months.

The recording is only used to review your request. See the Privacy Policy for how long we keep it.

7Our software and code

FATALITY software, including its code, design and branding, belongs to FATALITY and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, modify, crack, redistribute or resell it, or try to access its source code or get around its licence checks.

Breaking this rule leads to a permanent ban from all our products, and we may take legal action.

8Warranty and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every game update.

As far as the law allows, FATALITY isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including actions taken by Roblox or other platforms against your account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim is about. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them.

9Privacy

We collect as little data as we can. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
